Passive poses are held for a long period of time to target the connective tissues.

Yoga Nidra is literally translated as "Yoga Sleep," Guided meditation practice involves ntention setting, body scan, breath awareness, and a pseudo-sleep state.
My Story
From the Yoga Studio to The Boardroom…and Back Again
I started my yoga teaching career as soon as I left high school, earning my first teaching certificate in 1999.
Life had other plans. In 2003 I became a single mom and quickly shifted gears to a career in corporate marketing management.
Since then, yoga and meditation have supported me through 20 years of motherhood, corporate management & travel, pandemic grief, and several inflammation-based dis-eases due to the chronic dysregulation of it all.
Yoga doesn’t prevent life from taking twists and turns, it keeps you flowing and flexible along the way. Now that I’m in my 40s, I realize how lucky I was to start my yoga journey in my teens. While my commitment to my practice and ideas about being a yoga teacher has changed from year to year, my belief that yoga is essential for the basic enjoyment of life has not.
As my career in marketing grew and changed, my belief that everyone should have access to yoga if they are living a modern life requiring creativity, problem-solving, personal growth, emotional regulation, or a healthy body grew stronger as well. I started teaching yoga during team sales meetings.
I continued to pursue training in wellness modalities that would support executive leaders, change-makers, overwhelmed parents, and corporate teams. I aim to be the yoga teacher who is just as comfortable taking notes at their Monday meeting as I am making movement sequences to relieve lower back pain.

My work is to make yoga accessible during life’s most stressful times. By providing custom, mobile yoga experiences, and retreats, I remove the common barriers to getting to a yoga studio.
Simply fill out the custom event form and I arrive at your location with mats, props, a custom plan, and lots of smiles. You can relax and take care of yourself, your teams, or your loved ones. I will do the rest.
